The SHINOBI theme is awesome: soundtrack and sound effects really gives you the theme immersion and peace of mind that the puzzles demands. Got myself looking for shurikens on my pocket 😀 The series makes the perfect blending of chess pieces movement with the puzzles presented in such a clever way that makes the game fun for everyone. My son (4 years old) NEVER EVER asked to join a chess match....

About Shinobi Life 2: This game would be great if they added more maps, as well as an in-game report system. Over the hours I’ve spent playing this game, I’ve never faced so many hackers/modder this many times in one game before. Almost every other game you’ll face yourself with a modder/hacker that can just one shot you and you can’t even compete or play the game. I’m hoping Bandai does something about this sooner, I really love this game....

About Slayers Hidden Moon: It’s a fun game and I’ve certainly enjoyed my 20+ hours with it on the whole but the deck strategy does not satisfy. You would expect different optimal setups for each of the 12 different classes but no, it always boils down to reduce your deck size to a minimum of cards that draw another and maximise damage. You don’t get to build interesting decks that are based around a theme or anything like that....

About Souls Combat: An amazing game everyone should play at least once, but play offline, I’d rather eat broken glass than play the awful PvP system again, the starter areas are filled with individuals that use high-end gear to farm new players, usually putting them off the game permanently, it sucks. Oh, and don’t forget the hackers. I’ve had some good experiences with the community, and I’ve also done what I can to add to that group, invading and giving people embers etc for free....

About Star Wars Battleground: I played quite a bit more than what my Steam hours are showing as I was mostly on the Expanded Fronts mod and finished all the campaigns that way. It feels pretty good to come back to a childhood classic after nearly 20 years. Is it an old clunky game? Sure. Is it an AOE II clone? Yup. Is it still fun?
