About Advanced Launcher Tycoon:
I had a great time with this game, and I can heartily recommend it to anybody enjoys Tycoon games or wishes they could design their own MMO (though you won’t actually get to make one, it does scratch that creative itch). However, a big problem with the game is that after hitting a certain threshold, it becomes borderline unplayable. Roughly 40 hours in and I have 2.5k+ players logged onto my game at all times, and I can’t speed my game up anymore without causing immense lag and turning my PC into a personal heater. I won’t leave a negative review because I do feel like I already got my money’s worth, but the character AI is in dire need of optimization. As it stands, filling up the whole map and creating an expansive experience is simply not feasible. Amazing game! I’ve got about 800 players so far and none of them have reached lv2 yet. I don’t even know why they’re not completing more quests, they just seem to enjoy socializing so much more hahaha I’ve got one particular player who’s pretty funny. He’s a big whale with 20k in the bank, so just for him I placed a paid respawn point near the mobs and he’s pretty much using it exclusively. He’s addicted. I watch him die, pay money to go die again and pay more, its hilarious As much as im loving this game, i do not recommend it The main reason being that it isnt finished and you should probably wait until at least the dungeon update for it to be worth it The game is fun dont get me wrong but i dont think that its worth buying at the moment
